AUCKLAND TITLE TO PARNELL

AUCKLAND, April S. The Aiickland Cricket Association's senior championship concluded in ideal conditions yesterday. . Parnell, last season's champions, again took, the houours. Parnell won by six points from University, the runners-up. The scores on Saturday were:— North Shore, 30S for eight wickets declared (D. Webb Si, Saunders 59 not out), beat Eden, 307 for nine wickets declared, and 26 for none (Mills 16 not out, making his total for the season 1000). V.M.C.A., 290 and 73 for one wicket, beat Grafton, 254 (Byerley 04, Angus 55, Spring 49). Parnell, 300, beat Ponsonby, 40 (McCoy took six wickets for 23 and Goodsir three tor 12) and 116 (Goodsir four for 32, JlcCoy three for 53). King's Old ■ Boys, 224, beat University, 206 (Graham 79, Andrews six wickets for S3).
