HAGGITT—BELL.
Beautiful green hydrangeas, gladioli, and autumn leaves decorated the Karon Presbyterian Church when tlie wedding was solemnised of Margaret Russ>ol, eldest daughter of Mr. and Airs. C. F. J. Bell, Karori, and Errol Robert ,D 'Arcy, elder son of -Mrs. Haggitt and tho late My. Cecil Haggitt, Dunediu. Tho bride, escorted .by her father, wore a charming frock of ivory satin with cowl sleeves, and a slight train. Her veil ivory, net was daintily embroidered, aiul also- formed a train, boing held in place by little- bunches of ora;igo blossom. Her bouquet was ot white asters, gladioli, ancl rosebuds.. Her train was held by little Zenda Bell (.her niece-), who looked dainty in a long fioek of green- organdie, with a Dutch cap to match. The bridesmaids, Miss Dorothy Faira and Misa Gwenyth Haggitt (sister of the bridegroom), wore green silk" crinkly crepe frocks with a floral.pattern of autumn tints, and the skirts flared from the knees, and the corsages had largo grceu organdie frills on each shoulder. Their small caps, matching the sashes, were of. moss green crinkly velvet finished off with bow of green organdie. Mittens were-worn, and completed an artistic scheme. ,Tlicir bouquets were of autumn tinted gladioli, dahlias,, rosebuds, and leaves. Each wore a crystal necklace and earrings, gifts from tho bride and groom. Mr. John Park was best man, and Mr. Colin Phyllips was groomsman. | The wedding breakfast was held in tho lounge ,at 'Kirkcajdie and Stains, where Mrs. Bell, -smartly frocked in black windswept satiii with touches of j pink, n matching hat, and carrying a '-posy of pink and lavender astcis, reI ceived the guests. Mrs. Haggitt, mother of1 tho bridegroom, wore black .French crepe do chine with touches of white, and small black velvet hat. Her .posy was of-dainty autumn flowers. '
