Mocatta and Goldsmid, bullion brokers. London, reporting February 22, stated that gold supplied from India since September, 1931, has amounted to £132,016.000. most of it to London, but £562,000 to New York. .
London imports. January 1 to February 19, were £81,009,623, compared with £17,813,299 for the corresponding period of 1933. The exports for the period were £33,947,676, compared with £26,971,044 for January 1 to February 19, 1933.
