FOR THE FIRST TIME
ON BENCH IN WELLINGTON
One of the Judges of the first and second divisions of the Court of Appeal who for the past two days have been hearing legal argument in Wellington on a knotty divorce point is Mr. Justice Johnston, who' was appointed to .the Bench in" January to fill the vacancy' caused by the retirement of Mr. Justice Adams. It is Mr. Justice Johnston's first appearance on the Bench, in Wellington. Since his appointment he .has been presiding at sittings of the Supreme Court in Christchurch arid on the West- Coast.
