■ ' T,E KUITI, This Day. ' ,At the Magistrate's Court this morning before Mr. F. Levien, S.M., Joseph Frederick Frost was charged on two counts of keeping liquor for sale in a proclaimed area. His son, Barry, was charged with aiding and abetting him. Both pleaded guilty.

The Magistrate said that Frost was working up a big business in an illicit trade, and it was time it was stopped. Frost was fined £50 for selling liquor at Kelvin House, and. £25 on the other charge. He was. ordered to pay costs. Barry was fined £25 and costs.'
