MACDONALD'S ATTITUDE

The Prime Minister (Mr. MucDonald) was asked in the House of Commons if he favoured, tlio appointment of a committee to draft proposals lo bo submitted to Geneva for tho, reform of the League of Nations with a view to preventing further secession from the League and promoting tho adhesion of all Great Powers. Ho replied: "No, sir, I am not in favour of such a course."
