TESTING ASSOCIATION
Over 7600 more cows were tested by the New Zealand Co-operative Herdtesting Association during October than were tested in October, 1932. The average production showed an increase of 161b milk and 2.201b buttcrfat. The figures,for October for the last three years are aafollows: —1933: Number of cows tested, 102,481; average yield, BC2lb milk, 37.071b butterfat; test, 4.30. 1932: Number of cows tested, 94,871; average yield,. 8461b milk, S4.S7lb butterfat; test, 4.12. 1931: Number of cows tested, 56,612j average yield, SlOlb milk, 33.201b butterfat; test, 4.09.
