MAGISTRATE'S COURT

Cases at the Magistrate's Court today were dealt with by Mr. E. Page, S.M. Ou a charge of being on premises in Tory Street without lawful excuse, Thomas Moran, a fireman, aged 46, was sentenced (.o three monthsf imprisonment, the Magistrate remarking that the accused was convicted on a charge of vagrancy about a month ago.

On a similar charge, Arthur Walker Stuckey, who pleaded not guilty, was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within twelve months. A first offender for drunkenness was convicted and discharged.
