LABOURERS' UNION
The annual meeting of the Wellington •Builders' and General Labourers' Union, was.held at the Trades Hall today with an attendance of over two hundred. Mr. M. O'Grady presided. The election of officers resulted:— President, Mr. M. O'Grady; vice-presi-dent, Mr. P. E. Wright; treasurer, Mr. George Fraser; committee, Messrs.' D. Smith, Sl, Austin, K. Summerfield, J. Arthurs, and W. J. Hughes; delegates to district council Alliance of Labour, Messrs. M. O'Grady and P. O'Eourke; delegates to Labour Kepresontation Council, Messrs. W. Hutehinson, W. McGrath, V. Harnott, P. J. Atkinson, and P. M. Butler; delegate to National Council, Alliance of Labour, Mr. P. M. Butler; delegate to Labour Party Conference at Christchurch, Mr. P. M. Butler.
