EMPLOYERS ROBBED

Having pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court to a charge of stealing £60 -8s 3d from his. employers, Fashions, Ltd., Gillies Francis Nicole, a clerk, aged 24, appeared for sentence before Mr, Justice MacGregor at the Supreme Court today.

Counsel for the prisoner, Mr. Dunn, said that before Nicole; obtained the employment in which he was at the time .the offence was cc*nmitte<i, he had been out of woTk.for a considerable period, and he had contracted debts.
