GIFTS ACKNOWLEDGED
At the recent meeting of the executive of„the Residential Nursery, the hon. treasurer (Mrs. Peterson) reported receipt of the'following donations:—Lady Myers, £1 la; Chilton House Old Girls' Association, £10; Lyall Bay, £3 3s; Roseneath-Oriental Bay branch, £7 2s; Lower Hutt, £4 16s;" Melrose, £12; Wadestown, £2;' Hataitai-Wellingtori Central, £25; Khandallah, £5 10s; Wellington South circle, £1 ss; Seatoun, £3 16s 3d. The matron of the. Residential Nursery reports that the following donations have been received for Christmas cheer at .the nursery;— Oriental BayRoseneath branch, 15s; Kelburn-North-land, 10s; Seatoun, £1; Lady Beauchamp, £1; Miss S. Nathan, £1 Is; Island Bay circle, £1 Is; Khandallah, £2; Wellington South circle, £2 2s Id. The matron also acknowledges gifts of goods from the following:—Mesdames' Vickery, Brown, Murray, Guthrie, Gardiner, Rudkin, Fred , Boyd, Brown, Bell, Porter, D.H. Taylor, Pliinjmer, Bear, Bfadley, Kelly, Kitehing, MeGrath, Edwards, Jansen, Piper, j Coates, MeWilliams, Anonymous, Kel-Iburn-Northland' branch,. '■Khandallah, Seatoun, South Wellington circle, Melrose, late Mrs. MeWhii'ter (per Miss jMcWhirter), Misses Bryan, Freeman, (Mitchinson, Sheppard, McWhirter, Yearberry (Hawera), and Mr. Chambers.
