Iv connection with the amalgamation of the two Wellington printing trades unions —the Wellington Typographical Union and the Wellington Related Printing ■ Trades Union—a ' ballot for the election of'the executive officers was necessary. Theelection of these officers haa resulted as follows:—President/C. H. Chapman (elected) 263, F. AY. Thompson 220; vice-presi-dent, tR. A. McKay (elected) 195, j. H. Thomas 155, and L. A. Bond 130; secre-tary-treasurer, K. MeL. Baxter, (elected) 349, D. Ryrie 133.
