(Eeceived December 16, 9 a.m.) CHICAGO, December 14. A joint session of the Am.eiy.can and National Basebell Leagues today, Judge Landis presiding, approved a tour of Australia by an American League all-start team, following the 1934 season, under the management of Earl Mack. The team will start at the conclusion of the world's series. The team, will be picked from the best players of tho eight cities; New York Yankees, Boston Bed Sox, and Chicago White Sox. Certification is now believed to make the trip a certainty.
