DERAILED BY BANDITS
(Received December 16, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, December 15. Harbin reports that 300 baindits at midnight attacked and derailod an international train on the western section of the Chinese Eastern Railway, killing seven passengers, including one foreigner, who has not been identified: It is feared that some passengers were abducted. An armoured relief train brought a number of passengers, including tho wounded, f,o Hanbiii this morning.
