(Received December 15, 1 p.m.) LONDON, December 14. . The Gramophono Company, proprietors of His Master's Voice records, won an action to restrain a cafe proprietor from playing a record in his restaurants. Counsel contended that the company's copyright allQwed records to be played only in private.
