MURITAI TENNIS CLUB.
The Miiritai' Tennis Club will commence its fifth east harbour championship and handicap tournament on Friday, December 29, and continue on the following Saturday and Monday. Entries close next Friday. All championship matches are the best of three advantage sets and all handicap matches are of 60 points. If required, partners in doubles events will bo arranged on application to the secretary, Mr.W. V. Fisher, Tel. 44-266 or 52-652. The present holders of the championship titles are:-rMen's singles, R. McL. Ferkins; singles, Miss M. Howe; men's doubles, N. V. Edwards and A. Hall; women's doubles, Mrs. J. Robinson and Miss V. Shortt; mixed doubles, E. Fouhy and Mrsi Wolfe. .
