SLANDER ACTION FAILS
(By Telezrajth.—Press Association.) CHBISTCHUECH, December 14. In the action for alleged slander in which Victor Herbert Bremuer, schoolmaster, claimed £50 damages from James Taylor Dickie, a salesman, tho Magistrate gave judgment for the defendant, saying he was satisfied that tho occasion on which the words complained of were spoken was covered by partial privilege.
