MOTOR-CYCLE ACCIDENT
As the result oE si collison between a moving nnd.a stationary motor-cycle in Jei'vois Quay shortly after ■ 9 o'clock last night, two men were taken to hospital by the Free Ambulance suffering from concussion and head injuries. They were H. R. Johnson, p£ 512 Adelaide Road, who was riding in a southerly direction, when he ran into the. rear of another machine which was stopped on the roadside, and R. J. McGregor, of Puru Crescent, Lyall Bay, the pillion rider on the parked machine, who was making repairs £o it. The driver o£ this cycle was J. Mowat. Both Johnson and "McGregor were attended to by Dr. Corlrill before being removed to hospital. The hospital authorities reported this afternoon that their condition was serious.
