Store sheep of all descriptions were, wanted at the Addingtou market today. The entry was limited, the bulk of the offering being dry sheep, which all sold at late rates, except hoggets, which were dearer. Ewes in the wool, with lambs, made 18s 4d, all counted, the highest price for three years. Values: Ordinary shorn ewe hoggets, to 15s 8d; good-woolled, to 23s 2d; half Bred wethers, 13s 4d to 14s 4cl; good crossbred' wethers, 16s 8d to 17s; medium halfbred, 14s'8d to 15s; medium ewes (woolled) and lambs, to 18s 4d (all counted); ordinary, to 14s 6tl. Fat lambs: A yarding of 1150 of good quality. Extra heavy were up to Is 6d a head cheaper, while others sold firmly; two exporters operated, and values averaged between 7%d and 7%d a lb. Values: Extra, prime heavy Jambs, to 265; prime heavy, 20s to'23s; medium, 17s to 19s 6d; light, 14b to 16s 6d. Fat sheep: The entry of 4300 compared with 3800 last week, the quality being good. The offering included some very good North Island lines. The sale was steady, wethers being Is dearer, and ewes Is cheaper. Values were: Extra primo heavy wethers, to 295; prime heavy, 24s to 275; prime medium weight, 21s Gd to 23s 6d; ordinary, 18s to 21s; light, 15s 6d to 17s 6d; extra prime heavy ewes, to 29s 10a; prime heavy, 22s to 245; prime medium weight, 18s 6d to 21s 6d; ordinary, 15s to 18s; light, 12s to 14s 6d.
