ANGLICAN BOYS' HOMES.
Oir Saturday, December 2, at 2 p.m., the Anglican Boys' Homes Society will hold their annual gift afternoon at the Home, High Street, Lower Hutt." The society was established in 1011 in a small cottage in Camp Road, Lower Hntt. The present fine home is situated on High Street, and is capable of accominodatini; approximately 60 boys. In 1926' the society further extended its activities to tlie Wairatapa, establishing a second home, at "Sedglcy," in Mastertoh. This home is for older boys, who, in addition to education at the_ Technical School,, are also trained in tlie work of farming. Some 350 boys have benefited as a result of- the society's activities, there being 70 boys in residence in the two homes at present. AH who are interested are invited to visit the home next Saturday afternoon apd see for themselves the work that is being carried on.
