When two more men were fined today for playing "Crown and Anchor" in Jfatipo Street on Tuesday between races at the Metropolitan Trots, a detective said. that, in addition to . ordinary people (iongregating in,the streets and watching th& races from over the fence at the back of'the racecourse there were bookmakers, spielers, and persona debarred by statute from admission to the course. There would be approximately 400 people by the fence.
