■» • . ,' The total number of meals given out by the .^Wellington City Mission Men's Shelter during October was 13,405, and the grand total for the ten-month period from January 1, 1933, to October 91, 1933, was 132,601 meals.- To this must be added jan average of 1100 midday meals supplied to old-age pensioners; this would bring the grand total" up to 143,601 for the ten months.
