ROSE DAY, 1933
■ ♦. "Rose Bay,'1 organised by the ton branch of the Returned Soldiers' Association, will. be. held :tomorrow, when citizens will have the opportunity of buying roses on the streets. A total of 20,000 roses have been made by a willing band of lady helpers during the last three months. It' is hoped that the public will respond in its usuaj generous manner as the need for funds has never been greater. The assistance of any ladies who can spare a few hours tomorrow to help with the collections will be gratefully accepted. Those able to help are asked to call on or ring the1 secretary, Mr. Spence, at the Returned Soldiers' Rooms, 12 Victoria Street (telephone 41-648).
