RESULTS IN SCOTLAND
LABOUR GAINS GLASGOW

At the municipal elections in Scotland, Labour for the first time gained an absolute majority on the Glasgow Corporation, the moderates losing 17 seals. There was no change at Edinburgh. Labour had three losses at South Quecnsferry. There was little change elsewhere,
