ARRIVAL IN SYDNEY
AIR TAXI TRIP FROM LONDON
SYDNEY, October 30.
The monoplane Faithful City, with the pilot, Mr. Lynch Blosse, and Lord Apsley and Mr. W. Crawford. Greene, members of the House of Commons, as. passengers, arrived at 5.55 p.m., completing the first aerial taxi trip from London. The party were warmly welcomed. • ■ ' ,
The Faithful City, a throe-engined Spartan Cruiser low-wingpd machine, piloted by Mr.'Lynch Blosse, left Worcester, for which Mr. Crawford: Greene is member of Parliament, on October 9 and landed in Australia at Wyndham on, October 27, .reaching Brisbane on Sunday and Sydney yesterday.
A. forced landing was necessary in the Dutch East Indies owing to a bird having become lodged" in tho wind vent of the machine.
