"OLD ENGLISH FAIRE"
Great .interest is being taken in the "Old .English Faire" to be opened by her Excellency Lady Bledisloo tomorrow at St. Peter's Hall, Ghuznee Street. \ ■■ ..'..-.,: : Photographs of the "Fairc" held fifty; years ago> and of former parishioners connected with it, will bo exhibited. As far as possible, the organisers nave ] endeavoured to introduce the same ! items that were given fifty years ago. Beside the usual stalls there will.be Maypole and country dancing, a "Punch and Judy" show, a mock museum, and a fish pond. The Faire will open each day, November 1 and 2, at 2.45 p.m., and will be continued until 10 p.m. , There will.be no' raffles or guessing competitions. ■
