Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Riddiford and Miss Pamela Eiddiford, who have been spending a few months in England, left yesterday by the Eangitane on their return to New Zealand.-

Wftuchop, Christchurch, arrived in Wellington this morning to spend a holiday. Miss Marie Brooking,- Wellington, is the guest of MY. and Mrs. E. Mi Collis, Kairanga, Palmerston North. Mrs. Arthur Walker, who has boen visiting friends, has returned to her home in Wellington. Mrs. G. Dransiield, Auckland, is visiting Wellington, and is staying at tho Hotel St. George. Miss R. Nutt, Christchureh, is among the guests at the Eoyal Oak Hotel.

Miss K. Galpin, Marton, is staying at the- Empire Hotel.

Mrs. G. Kingscote, Christehurch, is a guest at tiic Midland Hotel.
