Danish, 108s per cwt; choicest salted New Zealand, 100s to 102s; Australian, 09s to 101s; unsalted New Zealand, 106s to 110s; Australian, 104s to 106s. The. cheese market is slow. New Zealand coloured, 49s per cwt;' white, 50s. Wheat cargoes are dull.
A. J. Mills and Co., London, advise following market prices as ruling at close of business on Thursday:—"Butter: The market is slow. New Zealand, finest 100s, firsts 965; Danish, 108s; Danish, f.0.b., 89s; Australian, 96s to 100s; Siberian, 82s to 84s; Baltic States, 88s to 90s. Cheese: The market is slow. New Zealand, white 50s to 51s, coloured' 49s to 50s;1 Canadian, white and coloured, 54s to 565; Canadian, e.i.f. quotation, September make, white 54s 6d, coloured 545."
