The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent in Dublin sa3's' that Mr. de Valrra's new police arc already known as Black and Tans. The enrolment of Blue Shirts is proceeding daily and promises to become one of the greatest forces .in Ireland, attracting . members of tho Army Comrades' Association, O.osgrayeites, Centre Party men, and others belonging to no ' party. It is believed that it will become at least as strong as tho 1.8.A. Tho ex-Minister, Mr. Blythe, says that it may bo that the present Government is contemplating various unconstitutional actions and feels the need of a sort of Black and Tan 'force which could act without scruple or due regard to law. As far as the National Guarcl was concerned, with any luck it might transform the face of the country. i
