Mr. Gandhi was released this morning with an order not to leave Poona City confines, but he immediately broke tho order . nd Was ro-arrestod. Mr. Gandhi appeared before a Magistrate this evening and was sentenced to one year's simple imprisonment under the Bombay Emergency Powers Act. Attempts by Congressmen to revive the boycott on British goods in Bom-' bay today were dispelled by prompt arrests by the police.
