STUDENT'S FEES
Exception is taken by ■"Practical Patriot" to a reference by the Welfare League to "students whose education they (the people of New Zealand) were paying for. The -''correspondent states that many hundreds of students have always paid for their university education and have had no deduction of fees, though their own pay has been reduced. .
