ELECTRICAL FITTINGS
Referring to the inspection of electrical' fittings, "To be Harassed" asks what is the position when a house has been wired to specifications to comply with the council's bylaws for 230 voltage, and nonporcelain switches supplied to rooms other than bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. The correspondent further condemns the change from 110 to 230 volts, holding that it has increased danger without giving benefit to the many. ..■•■• -.:-. '. ■ ',
