GERMANY SEEKS RETURN
VIENNA, June .13. At Frankfort-on-Main four German colonial societies have merged into a single league. Herr yon Epp declared that Germany, though not powerful enough to demand a speedy return 'of tho colonies unjustly held under the League of Nations mandates, must try to regain them in tho long run as a grim necessity for Germany's existence.
