CEREMONY AT ST. PETER'S
MR. DE VALERA PRESENT
(Received June 5, 11 a.m.) | ROME, June 4. | Thirty thousand, including Mr. de Valera and his entourage, who were seated on the tribune of honour in the brilliantly decorated St. Peter 'a Church, saw the Pope canonise Andre Fournet, the French founder of the Order of the Daughters of the Cross. * The Pope, after Pontifical High Mass, received two candles, one gilded and. one silvered, a loaf, two barrels of wine and water, and three cages of doves and songbirds.
