(Eeeeived June 5, 10 a.m.) ; , LONDON, June 3. The aged Commissioner Albin Peyron, head of the Trench Salvation Army, has outlined a scheme to send a mission to aid the shattered exiles in Devil's Island and alleviate the conditions, described by another Salvationist's report as a living tomb.
