Inkpen's stables at Newcastle, when fire destroyed the cntiro buildings. A fourth horse was badly burned, and a fifth escaped by jumping a fence. All the dead horses were promising. Del Puente had won three races, and Desert Cloud one, and Croppy Boy had run two seconds.
