SPENT OWN MONEY IN COUNTRY'S SERVICE
. : (Deceived May 26, 11 a.m.) GENEVA, May 25. Mr. Norman Davis admitted, in an interview, borrowing £10,000, from the Morgans on ample security. About £.2000 was still owing. "I have no apology to offer regarding the affair," he said. "The debt was due entirely to the fact that I had been spending my own'money in the country's service and had not been reimbursed."
