Litvinoff is arriving in London before the World Conference opens for a talk with Sir John Simon, at which he hopes to regularise Anglo-Soviet relations. The Soviet, states tho correspondent, is ■ willing conditionally to release Messrs. Thornton and Mac Donald. A condition would be tho removal of the embargo on Russian goods. It is believed that Messrs. Thornton and Mac Donald would be released beforo M. Litvinoff's arrival jn London.
