LITVINOFF IN LONDON

United I'rc3s Association—l'.y Electric U'cles'rupli—Copyright. (Times Cable.) LONDON, May 25. The Moscow correspondent of "The Times" reports that M. Litvinoff is arriving in London before the World Conference opens for a talk with Sir John Simon, at which he hopes to regularise Anglo-Soviet relations. The Soviet, states tho correspondent, is ■ willing conditionally to release Messrs. Thornton and Mac Donald. A condition would be tho removal of the embargo on Russian goods. It is believed that Messrs. Thornton and Mac Donald would be released beforo M. Litvinoff's arrival jn London.
