The Alilford Surf Club, acting on tha advise of its solicitors, r.efuses to hsud back to the Auckland Centre of the Boyal Life Saving Society the speedo Shield won by the club at. the provincial championships at Tauranga on January 29. .' , ■.■■■" The centre decided at a, meeting on May 10 that as all the members of the Mil'fovd team had not .qualified for siirf medallions the club, was ineligible to hold the shield. ; , ,■
