BUS TIME-TABLES
"Freezing" complains of failure in a specified instance to ruir buses according to time-table. Two* persons had a forty-minutes wait which should not havo occurred, even with a breakdown, unless the service were run' with only one vehicle. The ■writer suggests that, when the Transport Board grants a monopoly it should compol the proprietors of the service to publish and adhere to , a time-tabJc.
