PATTERSON BEATEN AGAIN
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) , HASTINGS, May 24. By two straight falls. "Big Bill" Beth, lGst, defeated Jack Pntterson, 16at, in a professional wrestling bout staged before a record Hastings house this evening. The contest was a bright and lively one in which honours were even for the first four rounds.1 Beth then back-slammed Patterson for a ''fall'in the fifth session, following up this advantage with a second fall a minute later with a headlock and body press; The crowd was well pleased, but at times protested against the wrestlers' slapping and punching of each other.
