ROOSEVELT URGES DELAY
(Received May 11, 10 a.m.) ! WASHINGTON, May 10. President Boosevelt definitely indicated on Wednesday that, in view of the world tariff truce, ho does not thiiik the United States should impose import taxes on agricultural products as provided under the new Farm Bill during the .period of the truce.
