DR. CAMPBELL TO GO
It was announced today that Dr. E. M. Campbell, private secretary to the Minister of Finance, would accompany the delegation to London, ■;■ Dr. Campbell accompa*hied Mr. Coates to the Ottawa Conference, and he has made a close study of the problems that are likely to be discussed in London. Mrs. Forbes will accompany .the" Prime Minister, and' Mrs. Masters, wife of the Hon. R. Masters, will also make the trip. ' Questioned today regarding the reallocation of portfolios consequent on the departure of the' delegation, '. the Prime Minister stated that no decision had yet been ■ reachedi .Mr. Forbes holds the portfolios of Railways,. External Affairs, and Attorney.-General, and Mr. Masters is Minister of Education and [ Minister -of ■ .Industries, and Commerce.' ' " ~ ■
