Councillor W. H. Wilwn, who is a candidate for re-election to the Lower Hutt Borough Council, was prevented from addressing a meeting in Alicotown last evening <wing to the late return of his party from the Tararuas, where they had been- searching for the missing trampera. The party had a very nrrenuous time, having been out since Friday night.
