PRICES ADVANCE
FOR BUTTER AND CHEESE
Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received from their principals, Trcugrouse and Nathan, Ltd., London, the following cabled advice, dated May 1, 1933:— "New Zealand butter, 72s per cwt. "New ' Zealand cheese, white 40s per cwt. coloured 46s per cwt. "Both markets are firm and active." Dalgety and Co. aie advised by Samuel Page and Son, London, May 1, as follows:—Butter, 71s to 72s per cwt (07s to 795); cheese, white, 40s (375, to 38s); cheese, coloured, 46s (43s to 445). Market firm. (Quotations of April 27 are shown in parentheses.)
