BULLIED INTO SUBJECTION
LONDON, April 21.
"Eussia has not been treated as a sovereign State, but has been bullied into subjection," declared Mr. G. Lansbury at Betford. "I hope the workingclass Soviet Government will be superior to the British capitalist Government and send the . men home, thus demonstrating that they are not seeking revenge."
