PAYMENT BY GOODS
BEELIN, April 5. The Beiensbank's annual report contains' a serious warning that the bank will soon be faced with serious problems unless tho foreign trade surplus is increased.
The report emphasises that no debtor country can be in a position to keep engagements if the creditor countries refuse to allow the delivery of goods.
