LOWER HUTT
Mi1. R. J. Burke, headmaster of the Boulcott School, Lower Hutt, has, as a result of the request of a large number of ratepayers, consented to be nominated as a candidate for the Lower Hutt Borough Council. At the mooting"! of Lower Hutt citizens on Tuesday night to consider nominations for the municipal elections, Messrs. T. \V. Attwood and J. B. Hopkirk were nominated as candidates to represent the Lower Hutt and Eastbourne district on the Wellington Hospital Board.
Ramsey Wilson and Co., auctioneers, are to sell- at their auction mart, 98 Manners Street, at 1.30 p.m. tomorrow furniture; pianos, and sundries.
