SALE OF THOROUGHBREDS.
Acting on instructions from Mr. W. T. Bailey, pf Awapuni, Wriglit, Stcpbenson, :in.J- Co., Ltd., will conduct a sale of thoroughbreds at Palmorstoii Worth ; tomorrow.' Eight lots will be offered, details of whieh were advertised on Monday. The first will be tho b m Panette, by Panmure—Mouette, by Martian. On breeding, Panette should bo an exceedingly useful brood mare Royal Guy, her first foal by Eoyal Divorce, is also being offered, and is a promising two-year-old gelding. He gives every indication of being a stayer that will bo heard of next year. Another offering, Bechou, is a five-year-old mare by Eoyal Divorce from'Vladieau, by yiadimir. The mare has a most handsome colt foal at foot by Lackham. The colt has some exceptional racing blood, having four crosses of Ilamptpn and tracing back through Vladimir to Laekham's ancestors. Deelusion, also being offered,'is a yearling grey filly by Lackham—Grey Lady and a granddaughter of Lady Lucy (a New Zealand Cup winner). Mungalee is a chestnut filly, three years, by Lackham— Footstep, and is a half-sister to Pantler Towncrier, Bulolo, and Adventus. The filly comes of the same family as Vagabond, Harbour Light, and Kinsem which produced Senegal.—Advt. '
