SHANGHAI, March 20.
A Kobe message states that Dollar liners passing through Kobe carry each three or four of the latest type of aeroplanes to strengthen the Manila defences, while the passenger, lists show an increase in the air personnel, conspicuously Major T. E. Ker, an ace pilot.
